Timelines
Headpieces are made and shipped out in 3-5 weeks. All headpieces are shipped
out of Toronto, Canada and include a tracking number. As soon as the headpiece is shipped you will
receive an email notification with the tracking number and transit estimate. Should
any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified by email.
Rush Orders
If
you need your headpiece last minute, there is a Rush Order fee of C$20. Email me at: sharon{at}poshveils.com,
I will be happy to accommodate your request.
Custom Orders
If
you would like a one-of-a-kind piece made just for you, feel free to email me
at: sharon{at}poshveils.com.
One of A Kind
Because
each piece is handmade, please allow for slight differences between the picture
and the actual product. However, my aim is to make sure you get a piece that is
just like the one in the picture. For
pieces with brooches (depending on the kind of brooch), some brooches are one
of a kind, so an exact match to the one on the picture may not be possible.
Similar or better brooches will be used instead.
Online Orders
When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart". Once you are
ready to complete your purchase, click checkout to place your order. Please review
your order carefully by selecting your color preference prior to submission.
Payments Accepted
We accept the following methods of
payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When using a
card connected to a checking account, you may see a pre-authorization for your
order amount on your account balance. This will go away once purchase is
processed on your card. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship.
Return Policy
The piece
you order will be made just for you. It is handmade to order upon receiving
your payment. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on any items purchased.
Exchanges
I take
care to make sure that your piece is well made when it is shipped out to you. If
you receive your headpiece and find that it is faulty, please email: info{at}poshveils.com for information on
how to exchange it for an identical piece.
Shipping
Posh Veils ships worldwide! All of our headpieces ship from Toronto, Canada. Each shipment has a tracking number and it can take 2-7 business days in transit depending on the location.
