Returns & Exchanges

Posh Veils offers a full refund on non-custom order pieces in original condition within 10 days of you receiving the product.  The customer pays the shipping costs to return the piece to us. 

You can also exchange a piece for another piece of similar value. Once you've ordered a piece, and you realize that you would like to exchange it  for another piece, I will be glad to do so. Simply email me at: sharon@poshveils.com for returns or exchanges.
